The flat plain lifting net, also called cargo net is a lifting device that adopts a combination of flame-retardant polyester fiber mesh body and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene suspension rope, forming a structural design of square mesh body and central bearing area. This flat plain lifting net has the characteristics of high flexibility, strong impact resistance, and light weight, and is widely used in port loading and unloading, ship transportation, military equipment, construction, bridge, warehouse and other fields.

Notes:
Maintenance method for lifting net:
1. The lifting net bag should be stored away from heat sources (such as fire and electric welding), sunlight, and long-term ultraviolet radiation.
2. The lifting net bag should be cleaned every 3-6 months. After using in acidic or alkaline environments, cold water or rinse the lifting belt clean with cleaning agent, air dry and store.
3. The lifting net bag should be placed on the rack after use store on top and not directly on the ground to prevent the lifting straps from becoming moldy or rodent infested after use
bite and wait.
5.Wet lifting straps should be dried and stored to avoid moisture and mold.
Scrap criteria for lifting net bags:
1. When the body is cut, severely scratched, loose with strands, or partially broken, it should be scrapped.
2. When the surface is severely worn and the lifting belt is abnormally deformed, and the wear reaches 1/10 of the width of the original lifting mesh belt, it should be scrapped.
3. Synthetic fibers exhibit softening or aging (yellowing), rough surface, peeling of synthetic fibers, and changes in elasticity. when the strength weakens, it should be scrapped.
4. When the lifting net bag is severely twisted, deformed, or fuzzy, it should be scrapped.
5. When the lifting net bag becomes moldy, spoiled, burned by acid and alkali, melted or burnt by heat, has multiple loose or corroded surfaces, it should be scrapped.
6. When the lifting net bag has local scratches or is scratched by sharp objects for 3 days, it should be scrapped.
7. When the lifting net bag has a horizontal edge cut, it should be scrapped.
